删掉 App 或换手机后，进度怎么找回？ 用同一个 Apple 账号登录 iCloud，重新安装 Pet Kokoni，进度会从 iCloud 自动恢复。没有登录 iCloud 时，进度只保存在这台设备上。
怎么恢复购买？ 在 Pet Kokoni 的付款页或”设置 → 订阅”里点”恢复购买”。
怎么取消订阅？ 在 iOS 的”设置 → [你的名字] → 订阅”里找到 Pet Kokoni，取消自动续订。
深度专注为什么没有屏蔽其他 App？ 深度专注需要”屏幕使用时间”权限。如果之前拒绝过，在 iOS 的”设置 → 屏幕使用时间”里允许 Kokoni 后再试。
怎么删除我的数据？ 删除 App 会删除设备上的全部数据。iCloud 里的备份在”设置 → [你的名字] → iCloud → 管理账户储存空间 → Kokoni”里删除。
How do I get my progress back after deleting the app or changing phones? Sign in to iCloud with the same Apple Account and reinstall Pet Kokoni; your progress comes back from iCloud automatically. Without iCloud, progress is kept only on that device.
How do I restore my purchase? Tap “Restore purchases” on the purchase page or under Settings → Subscription in Pet Kokoni.
How do I cancel my subscription? In iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, find Pet Kokoni and cancel auto-renewal.
Why didn’t Deep Focus block other apps? Deep Focus needs Screen Time permission. If you declined it before, allow Kokoni under iOS Settings → Screen Time and try again.
How do I delete my data? Deleting the app deletes everything on the device. Delete the iCloud backup under Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Kokoni.
